Q. How far out should I book my event?
A. Exclamations Catering works with all details. It is best to get the date reserved on our calendar as quickly as possible.

Q. What type of deposit is required to book my event?
A. Exclamations Catering asks for a 50% deposit based upon the proposal given to the bride upon booking. This deposit reserves the date on the exclamations calendar. The remaining amount is due along with the final count 5 days prior to the wedding.

Q. Will you do a site visit?
A. Exclamations has done events at most of the sites available in the Triad Area. However, every event has a unique personality. We would love to look at the site with you with your particular event and needs in mind. If we have not done an event in your particular location, a site visit is a must to make sure that all details are covered.

Q. Where is the food prepared?
A. Most of our food is prepared in our 2000 square foot commercial kitchen. However, many items can and may be prepared or finished on site. This detail is particular to your specific special event.
